Message from Dr. Jong-Myung Woo, Chungnam National University

The Chungnam National University concluded an education agreement on RF Technology with AMPLET Communication Laboratory (AMPLET, Inc.). We have invited Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki, who is a President of AMPLET, Inc. as a Guest Lecturer.

Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki has been writing many Technical Books. You can read his Books (Publisher : Chungnam National University) in Korean Language translated by me. One Book is "Ubiquitous Radio Technology and the very small RFID", and another is "Ubiquitous Radio Devices".

About Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki, President of AMPLET Communication Laboratory

Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki has abundant knowledge of The Design of Mobile Phones, RFID, Antennas, Human Body Communication Equipment, Millimeter-wave Radar for +40 years. He worked at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. in 1980, Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo in 1981, Hitachi Shonan Electronics Co., Ltd., and Hitachi, Ltd. in 1984. He established AMPLET, Inc. in 1987 as a President, and established AMPLET Communication Laboratory in 2016.

AMPLET, Inc.. is an engineering company that provides "contract design, research, development, and prototyping" for wireless communication equipment and antennas, and "technical consulting" for wireless technology and markets. He also served as a part-time lecturer at Tokyo Denki University, a specially appointed researcher at Tokyo Denki University, an Executive officer or Technical advisor for domestic and overseas wireless communication equipment manufacturers, mobile phone manufacturers, and antenna manufacturers.

He is the President of the AMPLET Communication Laboratory and he has an experience as the organizer of "the Human Body Communication Consortium", the organizer of "the V2HH Study Group that connects people, cars and homes", the Japanese secretary of the "Japan-Korea Joint Human Body Communication Study Group", and a special lecturer at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Nihon University on Advanced Technology Special Lecture. He also signed a MoU with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI - Korea), which conducts research on human body communication and formulates international standards, and Chugnam National University (Professor Dr. Jong-Myung Woo, Antenna Laboratory), who is well-known for research on small antennas.

The Chungnam National University (CNU) concluded an education agreement with Nihon University and AMPLET, Inc. We have invited Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki, President of AMPLET, Dr. Saegusa Kenji, Associate Professor of Nihon University, and Ms. Ogawa Maki, Director of AMPLET as Guest Lecturers.

Many Students of CNU have been visiting AMPLET in Tokyo during their Private Trip to Japan. AMPLET has been making Good Friendship with CNU.

We can have good relationship between the Chungnam National University and AMPLET Communication Laboratory.

The 2nd CNU Project on March 11 -13, 2015 (Venue : Chungnam National University)

The Chungnam National University (CNU) concluded an education agreement on RF Technology with the AMPLET, Inc. CNU has invited Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki, who is a President of AMPLET, Inc. as a Guest Lecturer.

The 3rd CNU Project on December 15 -18, 2016 (Venue : Chungnam National University)

Professor Jong-Myung Woo was very glad that Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki in Japan gave him a chance to make lecturers to students of the Nihon University, where Professor Jong-Myung Woo had received his doctoral degree in electronics engineering. He introduced Daejeon city in Korea, and make lecture about small antennas.

Professor Jong-Myung Woo met his old friends of Nihon University, Dr. Nozomu Hasebe, Dr. Koichi Sakaguchi, Dr. Tsuneki Yamasaki, Dr. Saegusa Kenji, Dr. Akio Kuramoto, and Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki.

The 4th CNU Project on February 20 - 25, 2017

The Chungnam National University (CNU) concluded an education agreement on RFID and HBC design with AMPLET Communication Laboratory on January 23, 2017. CNU is looking forward to attending Seminars by engineering doctor researchers of AMPLET Communication Laboratory.

AMPLET Communication Laboratory researchers thank Professor Jong-Myung Woo for his great efforts to make an education agreement with AMPLET Communication Laboratory. As AMPLET Communication Laboratory and Chungnam National University exchanged MoU on Human Resource Development Consortium on January 17, 2017, We will welcome students from the Chungnam National University, and will help them to make friendship with Japanese university students with pleasure.

The 5th CNU Project on May 24, 2017 (Venue : Chungnam National University)

The Chungnam National University (CNU) concluded an education agreement on RFID (one of the Radar Technology) and HBC (IEEE 802.15.6) design with the AMPLET Communication Laboratory on January 23, 2017.

CNU invited Dr. NEBIYA Hideyuki, President of the AMPLET Communication Laboratory, to make lecturers on Human Body Communication Technology and on Radar Technology at the Chungnam National University.

My Amateur Radio Station in Korea HL3ZCG

One of my best friends in Korea, Professor Dr. Jong-Myung Woo of Chungnam National University in Daejeon City, often invites me to make a lecture at his university. He helped me to receive my Amateur Radio Station licence (Callsign HL3ZCG) at his Antenna Laboratory in 2014.
